I cannot express the joy I get each day from watching Sophie grow and laugh. I think Tracy put it so perfectly in her “25 Things You May Not Know About Me” on her facebook — “How can one love someone so much who hasn’t uttered a single word to you. . .” I don’t know if I’ve smiled everyday of my life like I do every morning when I go into her room and pop my head over her crib and say, “Good Morning!” she looks right at me or rolls over to look at me and smiles like she’s just won a million dollars. It’s the best thing ever.
Well today she laughed hard, cracked up, for the first time and I thought it was the cutest thing I’d ever seen. I got it on video. I was playing peek-a-boo behind the camera and she just thought it was the funniest thing ever! So . . . smile, you won’t be able to do anything else . . .
